Shipping Rates
UK – FREE UK – WIDE on orders over £30. Otherwise a flat rate of £4.95 applies to all orders.
USA and Canada Shipping to the USA and Canada incurs a flat rate of £29.50 for all orders.
Worldwide – Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to countries other than the UK, the U.S.A. and Canada.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES FOR USA AND CANADA ORDERS
The prices of the items you order do not include custom taxes and import duties. You will be responsible for these costs incurred for custom charges when you receive your order. If you do not accept your parcel, your items will be returned back to us. You will be liable for any additional returns and customs charges in relation to your return, the costs of these charges will be deducted from the refunds which are owed to you.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Your order will be sent within seven working days unless we need to email you with any queries. We try to keep the stock availability as up to date as possible but there may be the rare occasion when we have sold out of an item showing as available on the site. If a suitable substitute is available we will replace with that item. You will receive an automatically generated email from us when your order has been processed confirming an order number and an automatically generated email from Opayo by Elavon (formerly Sage Pay) our Payment Gateway giving details of the transaction number. On completion of your order an automatically generated email will be sent to you advising you that your order has been completed. Please allow 30 days for delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
PRICES
The price you pay is the price on our website at the time we receive your order. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) (where applicable) at the appropriate current rates.
PAYMENT
We must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we despatch the goods. You can pay using any major credit or debit card, Amex or PayPal. All transactions are subject to authorisation by the card issuer. We will never ask you to confirm any payment details via email as we do not hold your card details. If you receive an email claiming to be from lochnessgifts.com asking you to do so please ignore it and do not respond.

DELIVERY
Orders may be sent in one or more delivery and a signature may be required. All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post and USA and Canada orders by Royal Mail International Signed. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive please wait 30 days before submitting a claim to us, we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local Post Office is not holding it for collection or redelivery if no-one was at home to accept the item when delivery was initially attempted. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your order for any reason our address is on all items and will be returned to us. In adverse weather these timescales may have to be extended but we will take guidance from Royal Mail should that situation arise.
RETURNS POLICY
Your right to cancel
Your right to cancel an order for starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. To cancel you must inform us in writing by email or letter (not telephone) and return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition at your own risk and cost within 14 days. We will refund your card or PayPal account with the cost of the returned item within 14 days of receiving the goods back. We cannot accept the return of CD’s and sweets if the seals have been broken or underwear and earrings unless they are damaged or faulty.
DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event your goods are received damaged or faulty, please inform us in writing by email or letter within 24 hours and we will arrange for the damaged item(s) to be collected and replaced at our expense. If this isn’t practical we will ask for a photo of the damaged item to be emailed to us before we dispatch a replacement or a refund.
Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order on this website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. The contract to purchase shall be concluded in English. Scottish Law will govern the contract between us. We may make changes to the above Terms and Conditions without informing you, however these changes will only affect any subsequent orders you place with us.
